Payment and Privacy Policy
- We accept cash, cheque and card payments for on site repairs. Payments for repairs sent to us by our courier can only be made by debit or credit card.
- For repairs sent to us, payments will be taken via our mail order system over the phone once your laptop has been received and the correct type of repair has been confirmed.
- We do not retain or store any card payment details.
- Card payments will appear on your statement as “Herian IT & Business Services”.
